What I want Laloo to do now!

Its been almost a week since Nitish Kumar and Co won the Bihar Elections and the first thing that he said was "Laloo should now focus on his job as Railway Minister and leave the governance of Bihar to me".

I am not sure what Nitish wants Laloo to do, but now that Laloo is not to do multitasking, here is my small list of three "Chinna Chinna Aasais"

1. He can have his share of late arrival trains quota.. in fact the trains that take you back to office after a two week break, can compulsively go late.... but ensure that the trains taking you back to your hometown for vacation are on time....

2. Promote sale of Black tea and Black Coffee on trains, so that the tea and coffee vendors don't go on an unnecessary guilt trip, everytime they mix 1:3, milk to water mixes!

3. Last but not the least... the reservation chart should have the marital status of passengers, so that people like me don't imagine a dream-duet sequence, after seeing a name like
Shalini Jain F 23 in the next seat on the chart
and then find a six month baby safe in her hands...

You can add your wish list, and wecan weigh the priorities, and forward the same to the Railway Ministry

You got the last one right arun! NAIL on the HEAD.. I too do that ;).. Just that I dont look for 23, but for 18-19 ;).. So the chances of such drastic things happening like the one you mentioned are rare..:).. he he he..

Spot on at number 3. But then, these days, marital status may not necessarily give you details of kids!!!!!!!!

To add to the wishlist :
1. Re organise train seating so that a window seat can have an upper birth allocated.

2. reservation form shd have seat preference question with new options -
a. next to Male or female
b. Age group
and going with ur point 3 i will add :
c. Married or unmarried :)

Hey Pramod, i do understand that marital status does not mean "number of kids', but i safely presume that if teh lady has a kid, it is anyways safe to maintain the distance ;)....
And Vinaya..I will write to Richard Branson abt putting in the marital status in Virgin flights!
